Dr. Gaurav Garg is an AIIMS alumnus and ophthalmologist at View Care Eye Centre, Mayur Vihar. His clinical training includes ocular oncology, oculoplasty and facial surgery, followed by further training at the New York Eye Cancer Center and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Mount Sinai. He provides consultation and treatment for a range of eye conditions at View Care Eye Centre.
View Care Eye Centre in Mayur Vihar provides consultation and treatment for a range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, LASIK and refractive care, oculoplasty, retinal conditions and eye cancer. Patients can also visit the centre for routine eye examinations and general eye-care concerns.

During your first visit, our team will ask about your eye concerns and medical history. An initial eye examination may be carried out before you meet the doctor for a detailed assessment. Based on the examination, the doctor will discuss the findings and any recommended treatment or further tests.

The complete eye evaluation includes a fundoscopy (retina checkup) for which the patient’s eyes need to be dilated. This may result in blurry vision for near-distance objects for the next 5-6 hours, during which driving is not advisable. It can also be dangerous to drive with an active eye problem. You will receive instructions regarding your daily routine and precautions to follow until you are fully healed.
We always recommend our patients be accompanied by a guardian or relative.
Appointment duration can vary depending on the type of consultation, examination and whether additional tests or eye dilation are required. Please allow approximately 15–60 minutes, depending on your individual requirements.
View Care Eye Centre accepts cash, UPI and major digital payment methods, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and Amazon Pay, as well as credit and debit cards.
